Who is Hale?
Founded by Personal Trainers, Hale solves long-standing issues in freelance personal training from both the client and trainer perspectives.

How to use Hale?
1) Download the Hale app.
2) Sign in via Google, Facebook or email login.
3) Follow the prompts to select your fitness goals, ideal scheduling and trainer tier.
4) See in-depth profiles of our trainers.
5) Book your preferred trainer.
6) Have a great workout!

What are trainer tiers?
Hale recognizes the wide variety of experience our trainers have, as well as the varying fitness budgets of our clients. Hale’s 4 tier structure easily allows clients to pick the price point and trainer experience level that matches their goals.

How old do I have to be to use Hale?
You must be 18 to use Hale, either as a trainer or client.

How long does each session last?
All Haled sessions are 55 minutes of actual training

Can I train if I am injured or hurt?
One of the most powerful tools you can use while injured is the expertise of a trainer. If you have been recently hurt or injured, please get a note saying you can return to exercise to hand to your trainer for their records.

How should I prepare for my workout?
Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers are all that is required. Also, our founders have a helpful podcast episode on preparing for a personal training session here.

Do I need to pay to access the Freelance Studio?
No! Everything is included in the fee you pay through Hale at the time of booking, You may be asked to sign a waiver at some gyms.
